Apply through Guardian Care if:

You live in the state of Indiana

You or a Loved one has a medical condition that requires help with daily activities like dressing, bathing, hygiene, Etc

You're helping a senior or adult with disabilities stay safe in their home and community

You have a trusted family member or loved one willing to provide care
