Expanding Our Care, One Step at a Time
We’re proud to announce that Guardian Care is launching a state-licensed Home Health Agency to offer skilled, compassionate care in the homes of families across Indiana.

Foundation
We’re currently in our Pilot Phase, awaiting our provisional license, and preparing to admit our very first patients.
First Steps
While we wait, we’re training our first cohort of Home Health Aides (HHA), who will be listed on Indiana’s state registry and eligible to begin working as certified HHAs.
Coming Soon!
Many will soon be caring for their own loved ones with best-in-class training and support to ensure they succeed.
Skilled In-Home Medical Care,
Built Around Your Life
What is Home Health?
Traditional Home Health delivers medically necessary care at home under the guidance of a physician. It supports recovery after surgery, chronic condition management, and long-term health needs.
Services are provided by professional nurses and Home Health Aides, and are typically covered by Medicare, Medicaid, and some private insurance.
Currently, Guardian Health accepts Medicaid and is working to expand coverage to Medicare.
Support can include:
- Help with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and hygiene
- Supporting clients in safely moving around their home, including assistance with walking, getting in and out of bed, or using assistive devices like wheelchairs and walkers
- Preparing meals that meet dietary restrictions or nutritional needs, and assisting with feeding when necessary
- Ensuring clients take prescribed medications on schedule, as directed by a healthcare professional (note: HHAs do not administer medication but can assist with reminders and setup).
At Guardian Care, our Home Health Agency brings together professional care and personal connection, meeting both medical and emotional needs in the place patients feel most comfortable: home.
